The Appalachian offers a full bar that opens at 4:00 pm every day for cocktail hour. Our bar team is well versed in all the classic cocktails and any elixirs that you may desire. We feature some of our great local craft breweries as well as source some of the greatest wines from across the world. The bartenders take a very “chef driven” approach to our house creations.
